Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia — 5–15 business days
  • New Zealand — 7–20 business days
  • United Kingdom — 10–25 business days
  • United States — 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@everydayhomeco.com.au and we'll investigate with the carrier.
