Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include a clear photo of the issue when reaching out so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. In most cases, we'll offer a replacement or full refund without requiring you to return the item.
How to Start a Return To begin a return, contact us at hello@everydayhomeco.com.au. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your return.
Exceptions We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
